1. you have pV=nRT so at constant temperature pV=constant
and p1V1=p2V2
p2= p1V1/V2
p2= 720*225/350=462.9 torrs

2. same formula pV=nRT p =nRT/V
if V= cte p =kT (k=nR/V)

so p2/p1 = T2/T1
T1= 25+273=298K T2 =273+100=373 K

p2/1.2 = 373/298

p2 = (373/298)*1.2 =1.5 atm
