Yes....I do know one woman with this problem. I'm going to give you the answer straight up and honestly.
I went to a high risk doctor and I met her there. She was the exact same stage of pregnancy as me and she was having a girl. We met when we were about 35 weeks pregnant. We were usually there at the same time because our appointments were scheduled on the same day (I have diabetes). But, we had to get NST's on the baby's every week to ensure they were not under any stress. One day we got to talking and I asked why she was high-risk....she said because of a bicornuate uterus. We were both scheduled for inductions on the same day. The day I delivered my baby boy, she delivered her healthy baby girl. With no problems and she even got an epidural.
The only bad part about this story was...that was her second baby. Her first died at around 25 weeks from this problem. BUT that was ONLY because she was not going to a high-risk doctor at the time and was unaware of her bicornuate uterus.
I suggest you find a good high-rick ob/gyn in your area and be monitored closely in your pregnancy and I think you'll do great.
Congradulations and GOOD LUCK!!!!

my mom had what she tells us is a double uterus or divided uterus and im pretty sure that is the same thing just maybe she cant remember the name for it.
she had 10 pregnancies 5 of which were miscaried near 5 months give or take a month. actually my older brother was alive when he was crowning and im not sure how far he was - couldnt have been more than 6 or 7 months but the nurse caused his death by being a bit too rough while taking him out...well not a good story. but either way i have heard of that and she went through this 19 to 20 years ago. they have better technology now. but her uterus is in like a museum or something now cause it is so rare.

Hmmmm its very rare this one. HOw about registering with one of the Mother and Baby forums - like Baby World - I'm sure you would find help and information there.
