hey i want to become actress/model so what do i do? any tips for auditions? how can i be in ads for jcpennys... etc and any more tips for acting and modeling? thanx for your help!

join the club lol... well since you are a beginner make sure you have your head shots. Send them out to directors and talent agencies with your resume on the back that is what i am currently going to do. For acting take some acting classes they really do help. Go to open call auditions. Get involved with all your school plays that way you'll have some more experience and you can put it on your resume. Good luck! mostly make sure it's something you really want not something just for the fame and money. Have a passion for what you do

trbid doesn't know what he is talking about. you don't learn to act at college. if you want to model you will need to take classes. use the yellow pages and the web to find a modeling school near you. If you want to be come an actor, better start acting in everything you can find, because you learn by doing. see my profile.

im going to be doing this next summer, but first im going to take some acting classes then i will go for it so ill have all summer to act (sorry off subject)
But i would just find a public theatre near by and do something with them

how old are you? the best and only way to make a sucessful career in acting is to study it at university. beacuse most scouts and agents will only sign properly qualified actors.
You also need to be a member of Equity to be able to work.
