please tell me who your favorite actor is and why...mine is gerard butler because even though we have never met i love him(and i am definitley and completely NOT joking)

I appreciate actors fully for their acting abilities..unlike those who only love Orlando Bloom-type actors for their "good looks."
Mine are Tim Curry, Jeremy Irons, Kevin Spacey, and Gary Cole.

Jared Leto- Yes, he may just be a part-time actor, but he is truly amazing. One of the best actors I've ever seen. He gets into his role so well, that you really forget that it's him.
Claire Danes- Haha, she was Jared Leto's co-star in her show My So-Called Life. But she is an amazing actress. When I watched her old episodes of MSCL, I was amazed on how well she acted at only 15.
Anne Hathaway- She is an extremely talented actress and she has made some of my favorite movies. She also doesn't go around acting like an idiot for fame.
Cameron Diaz- Cameron has been in some of my all-time favorites, like Charlie's Angels. I think that she is just a really great person and has a good attitude when it comes to acting.

Actress: Natalie Portman. Go see Closer and Garden State and you will find out how likeable she is as an actress plus she is beautiful.
Actor: That's a toss up between Edward Norton (American History X, Fight Club, anything he does really) and Denzel Washington (Training Day)
Honorable mention is Don Cheadle (Traffic)

Alpacino is very good. Sean Penn is also a very good actor. but my favorite is Jack Nicholson.
but for some reason I think Justin Long will have a good career if he keeps up his quick witted humor and interesting parts (Die Hard 4, Accepted) hes a funny guy in real life and brings himself out in his movies when he gets the oppurtunity.

Christopher Walken probably because he is so incredibly versatile. In some films he'll scare the hell out of you, and in others he's just so funny!! He's also a great dancer and manges to insert a little dance number into many of his roles, whether scripted or not and (according to himself) "has never turned down a role". Cool guy!!

Al Pacino is an awesome actor, Scarface and Heat are the best movies ive ever seen.
But Marilyn Monroe is my favourite actress cause she has that sence of innocence and everybody says that i remind them of her.
