Depends, if things continue on the path they are currently traveling, yes, people will eventually be tried and convicted for fetuscide, HOWEVER, there are a few glimmers of hope shining on the horizon that our country will turn itself around, away from a police controlled terror state, and towards a happy, healthy community of humans. (notice that I don't name a nationality, or even the existence of a government, and that I don't mention a jury of peers in our future, because the way **** is going down now? there won't be juries of peers anymore)

If the jury is following the law, and the defendant broke the law, the jury is legally obligated to convict.
But I'm willing to bet there are a LOT of hung juries, or acquittals based on jury nullification, given how many people oppose govt control over reproductive choice.

Noah, good question, but I don't believe there are enough Jesus Freaks out there to cause such a law to be on the books.
