How much sleep do you need in order to fucntion Well? Not a whole lot of sleep actually. 2, maybe 3 hours. no joke
How much sleep do you actually get? It depends on the day I've had. Lately I've been staying up until the sun rises. Not on purpose though. I actually do try to sleep.
What happens when you hit deprivation of sleep? I get tired then sleep a little.
And finaly, what keeps you from getting all the ZZZZZZ's you need? I'm actually not sure. It may be because I sleep during the day : P. or maybe because I'm thinking about stuff, or the tv.

You need 8 hours to function well
I actually get 6 hours... sometimes the 8 and when I am very lucky and didn't get that much sleep the night before sleep 12!

For mee... getting all the ZZZZzZZz... is hard specially 'cause I work sometimes graveyard shifts... and then I just have so much fun at yahoo answers when I have the day off... and yes I love the night!... 'cause its not as hot as the day... :)

1. I like to get at least 8 hours. But I can function on around 5. If I have to sit and listen to something and I only got 5 hours I can either be perfectly fine or fall asleep.
2. I get normally about 7
3. I get a lot more headaches than usual
4. Insomnia. My mind keeps going no matter how tired I am.

I need 8, I get 6, I'll accidentally take a nap during my favorite TV show, I get a headaches when I don't sleep enough. Insomnia keeps me up. Grrrr

6 to 7 hours is what I need, 5 to 6 hours is what I get, I get cranky if i'm deprived of my sleep, and usually it's my grandma that wakes me up so soon, or my nephews if i'm visiting home.
