So my birthday is on Saturday, and for my birthday I told him I was a pair of Pink Diamond Earrings, nothing less than 1 carat. And I also want a new purse. The Jerk brought me home a pair of 1/2 carat black diamond earrings and a really ugly LV purse. He know's I would not be caught dead with a LV purse, and wtf am I going to do with these ugly black diamonds? Should I flush them down the toilet and burn the purse before or after I serve him with divorce papers?

I'm 16 years old, and i think i know better. YOU are the complete fool. And just because he has that much money, he doesn't even HAVE to give you what you want, he could have given you NOTHING, but he didn't and I think you should be thankful he even thought of you, because with your treatment towards him, I sure wouldn't have given you anything at all. I can't believe you called him an @ss for that. There's a hell of alot of people with nothing at all who would envy what you have. So don't go complaining, "Oh sh!t, my husband is an @ss because he didn't make my d@mn earrings match my d@mn ring."

You're obviously so far above the common man that our opinions probably don't matter...and you've probably alredy made up your mind anyway.
No, burn the diamonds (they're just carbon, they'll burn) and flush the purse, thinking the most self-centered and selfish thoughts you can while doing it.

you, my dear sound quite spoiled. it's the sentiment that counts, the fact that he purchased you gifts at all shows he cares. that's the point. the whole IDEA of a gift is to show you care about someone, not to get them some crap that they want. buy your own things, don't depend on others to get them for you and learn some manners.
