If I have have an IP can I use it to find an email?

IP address can be used for to find website and not for email search. Email you can serach on it's site.

Every device that connects to the Internet, has an IP address ... the email is something else ... a computer using one IP address can access many emails at the same time ... you might find something like this if you were into hacking I think
