its hormones, they suck. Try telling yourself 5 positives about yourself in the morning and then at night recall 5 good things about your day. Your tired because you are changing and growing, depressed and unloved because your interested and thoughts are changing as you grow up. Have you ever felt really bad about something and then a few days later feel much better and realize it wasnt that big of a deal? The world would not be better off with out you, just realize everything always gets better. Have you tried talking to an adult who you respect and listens to you? I bet they can help you feel better. Hang in there, I promise it gets better.

Middle school. Grades 6-8th. Your body is going through so many changes and your hormones are out of control. You haven't yet found yourself. This was such a hard time for me. I was awkward, fat, had braces and glasses. Once high school came along. I grew a little and lost a lot of weight. The braces came off and I got contacts. Trust me, life gets better. I absolutely love who I am and I wouldn't change the way I was either. It helped me build character. I am more considerate of others now and I can also relate to unhappy people as well. A lot of young teens struggle during this time. Ignore those thoughts of death. You'll be fine. You're normal

Being thirteen is tough. Your body is changing and hormonal changes are taking place that can cause an upset in your emotions.
The world is definitely a better place because you are here. You are an important part of someones life and the future is yours. So many wonderful things await you.
You should talk to someone who loves you. As hard as it may seem, your mom or dad would be a good place to start.
Tell someone how you feel and give your love to them as well.
Take care of yourself and remember, you are a beautiful person.

Ugh being thirteen totally sucked...i remember i would just cry for no reason but once i started i couldnt stop for hours.
I can't tell u what your feeling inside but i know i felt like i was hanging in limbo because i had no idea who i was. It was like...all of a sudden i was maturing, my friends werent my friends anymore because we had become so different. The person i was when i was 11 & 12 wasnt the person i was now and that kinda scared me.
but don't worry it gets better...i'm 15 now and i dont feel as confused as i was then

I'm 12 i feel the same way. I get depressed about the most stupid things. Or about nothing. If I am alone i just start balling and i call up my friends. I once told one my friends, no one would care if I died. No one likes me anyways! I believe it is completely normal!

It is normal to feel this way. It is a combination of hormones and becoming an adult. You'll get through it. It is better to have people your own age to talk to about the things you are feeling. I remember feeling like I wanted to hug my mom but thinking it would be weird if I did. It is the age between being a child and maturity. Good luck hunny...You will get through it.

well, i dont know if its a normal thing or not, but i just want to remind you that you do have people who love you, and you shouldnt let these weird thoughts get to you...im 16, and i feel that i can relate to you because of the age thing....but yea, no the world is not better off without you, in fact, it'd be a very horrible place without you for the people in ur life.... so i say live life to the fullest, and this too shall pass =)

yes, its normal.
our teenage years are the most confusing times in our lives. We have big mood swings, sensitive, and still learning about the world.
of course there must be a reason you feel this way. talk about it to someone or write it down.
the best thing to do is exersice, swimming is a great example. it keeps your mind on something else and afterwards, your too tired to think about it alot. anyway, keep yourself busy. its better than sitting there thinking about how sad your life is and becoming more depressed.
also, dont sleep in. sleeping in causes you to become more depressed. its a proven fact but im sorry i cant give you a site to prove it with
i hope you feel better :]

welcome to your teens. these years are both the most challenging and most fun filled years of ur life, challenging b/c of the many changes we experience on road to adulthood and the new feelings we feel. but it is also fun as more privileges come ur way..
and seriously if you want these years to sail by easily have an understanding relationship with ur parents cause u will need a confident in this stage of your life
but u don;t have to be depressed and all, look on the bright side ur a teen going on to being an adult..
cheer up...
enjoy these years

Yes, it is completely normal. Try to find an outlet for your depression like writing, poetry, or drawing. It is a confusing and hard time in life, but you will learn and grow so much at this time.Try to enjoy this time in your life...it will pass so quickly before you know it.Good Luck
