I have a Windows XP laptop and recently had to reboot it all over again because of a virus. Before this happened, I use to play the Desperate Housewives PC game with no problem but now it says I need 63 MB of Video Memory and that I only have 3 MB and I need Video Acceleration (Accel) which it says I don't have. I have no clue what to do, even when I click to read for more information. Can someone help me?

The game use to work perfectly fine on the same computer before I had to reboot it.

It sounds like your laptop's video card does not meet the requirements of the game.

It sounds like you may have restored instead of reboot. If so you will have to reload your drivers again for the programs to work. If not, please give us more detail. and we will help you more.

It sounds like you didn't install [or didn't install the correct] video driver for your system.
