If a goodlooking guy asked you to coffee or lunch would you get upset? today I asked a nice looking women in her early 30's if she would like to have coffee some time and she said "thanks but no thanks' and walked off I was very nice and I'm told I'm a great catch so what gives? I looked for a ring first and she had no ring on any finger.

Don't bother analyzing it.. who knows.. could be a thousand reasons.... move on.. Ask someone else.
Maybe next time you see her... give her a big smile and ask if she's changed her mind about that cup of coffee... make it into a standing joke... have fun with dating... but goodness, she doesn't even know you very well does she... if that's the case then it's not personal toward you. it's her issue.
Not everyone wants to date and not everyone want to date you. the world goes round.

The automatic, or default, answer is "thanks but no thanks" to an offer for coffee or lunch with someone you don't know at all. First, understand this: Looks are not going to carry you all of the way. What will? Try to have a good conversation with her first, and then ask her out. You have to create a reason for her to want to go out with you, other than just staring at your "good looks."

It was obviously your approach. You're told you are a good catch? You believe that. It's obvious you believe that. Women like men that are confident but we don't like men that are full of themselves.
Just because she doesn't have a ring doesn't mean she's not in a relationship.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder..so maybe you were not that much of a catch to her.. Remember that what teenage girls see as a man or catch is different from what real women see as a catch..
You maybe a catch to teenage girl BUT not to women. Watch her you approach women it differently different from how you approach men.
