Probably nothing unless you have the signature compared to his original signature and have an expert tell you this and documented.
Most people probably wouldn't believe you.

It's probably worth a lot of money, but you have to have someone who knows what they're talking about give you a price, and don't let anyone try to bs you on price so that they can buy it from you cheaper than it's actually worth.
Someone from Antique Roadshow might be able to tell you.
