I like to take brisk walks. It seems to refresh the body and I enjoy the scenery. I also have liked to just turn on the music and dance with it. That's always fun too.

I love to go on walks. I'm not sure if it's ever counted as exercise for me though. It helps me clear my head at any rate. Also as an actor I tend to spend long hours both on stage and rehearsing, often with little food or break time. Sleep deprivation is exercise, right?

I like walking, swimming, bike riding, and going to the gym. I like to do exercise where I don't realize I'm exercising, I'm just having fun with friends.
