My top priority is making sure that my fiancee (and eventually my husband, and later our children) and I have the required necessities to live happy, healthy, productive lives.

In saying this, I mean a place to live, food to eat, clothes to wear, and decent enough jobs to afford these essentials.
See, I'm one of those people that doesn't dream about big material possessions, or fancy vacations, and things like that.

If I'm stuffed into a 1 bdrm apt. for the rest of my life driving a rusty '85 Saab, wearing hand-me-downs, and working at a pizza place...as long as I could afford to pay for the essentials and my car can get me to work everyday to make the money I need, that's good enough for me.

In fact, if I won the lottery, I would most likely put it in the bank to ensure a more secure future for myself and those I love rather than blow it on lavish things, because you never know what will happen. A car could die, one of us could lose our job, or in the future one of us or our kids could become ill and require hospitalization. I would also donate some money to those I know who are dear to me who need it, and i already have that list in my head.

I think with all our priorities in life-such as God, family, friends, career, properties, charitable works and good education,we only want one thing-that is, to be happy. My priority in life is to be happy.

To try to think more for others than for myself. I don't always succeed, but I flatter myself that as I get older, and less 'hungry' for my own desires, that I can try to help others a little more.

I believe quite strongly that selfishness and greed are the main causes of human suffering, and that if we can just learn to give a little more than we take, then all those 'littles' could add up to a lot ! :-)))

My education. If I was older, it would most likely be my family but right now it's my education because that's the key to my future.

Security for my family.
This means myself, my partner and my son's safety and well being always come first.
Everything else is secondary.
Ten years ago, my answer would probably have been BEER!!! lol!
