Well since Halliburton hasn't made billion's in profit off the war, it would be very hard to tax those billion.

Halliburton received contracts worth billions, but thats not profit.

KBR actually has lost money operating in Iraq.

So go learn what profit is, then come back and ask another question.

Since Halliburton is not an American company but rather is based in Dubai (for tax reasons of course) probably not.

No we cannot tax them more than any other company. it is against our constitution.

No, because they'll just stamp "Proprietary Information", so no one can look at their income.
