they had a daughter. She stayed with him--I'm assuming--primarily for Chelsea. The problem is that many say that the Monica scandal marred Bill's presidency--and will so mar his bid for it, because people are so close-minded or just too uncaring to separate the two ideologically.

Yes, there is certainly a reason why she has him go everywhere she goes. Like when she had to call him in last moment to Selma, Alabama. She will always be in his shadow because even if she is president, people will still say Bill made most of the decisions.

I could care less if she "hung onto him" even though he cheated on her. Lots of marriages have infidelities and some end up in divorces and some work it out.... in the end I have no idea why people care about the Clinton's sex life.
