I am 5'8" and I wear a size 10 in womens. I'm not gonna laugh.
Though while shopping with the inlaws in Sweden my MIL for some reason offered to buy me some shoes so we're in the store and she asks what size I need and I say "40" which is pretty much equivalent to size 10 USA and she burst out laughing. That was fun.

5'11 and wear a 13 1/2 but usually just go to the men's section and get an 11. When my X and I were together I would head to the mens section and he would head to the womens section. He wears a 4 in womens and hes 5'6.... lol
