yes, but at the moment you throw it away, you find you need it.

No.. everything i go through and whatever is given to me is given to me for a reson, so i take everything even if i don't like it. Life always has moments of happiness. If you take the right opporunites and have a positive attitude then you'll get through the hardest of obstacles. Crying and sitting in a corner cutting yourslef means your weak and worthless. Your life is not worthless unless you make it worthless. If you fall, get back up. No one pushed me in my life because there was no one to do it so i did it myself and now i have a stable and caring family. I started from trash more then six times and worked my way up to the top, first i had to fall rock bottom more then once.
P.s Faith can help a lot. Seak inspiration in the church or praying. That motivated me along the way when i felt i had nothing to live for. Throwing it all away is like telling god you hate what he gave you. Can you imagine your daughter telling you she hates you?

Yes, But then I look at the blessings I have and understand that even though it is bad it is not supposed to be perfect. Everyone has a breaking point, but that's what happens when you start living in a dream world as I have and forget that reality is much different. Keep your faith in what is real and what is fantasy and it will get better. Trust me. A hug to you today. :):)

Why throw it away when you can recycle. You still get the pleasure of tearing it down, but you then get to build it back up again better than ever.

Yes, and I almost did once. Then I pondered the effect on the environment, so I decided to recycle it all instead.
