I believe you should let it be over then. If he wants to end a relationship because you don't want to do somewhere, he doesn't want to be in the relationship anyway. Chalk it up as a loss and move on. Someone out there will want to do something other than go to a club.

Either he just really wants you to go and doesn't know how else to get you there or he is looking for an excuse to leave you. He may not be for real, but who wants to be threatened? Evaluate your relationship and decide which one it is.

If he is willing to lose everything over such a freakin stupid subject he will not hang around over anything major that may happen later in your lives. It sounds like he is trying to find a reason to break up but you should talk to him and tell him that isn't your scene. If he wants to spend his days at a club find but you have a responsibility to your child the same one he should have as well.

Ask him whats more important a stupid club or you it might be tough for him but if he picks the club he is not a real guy for you and you could get a much better guy.

Your relationship is going to end anyway. You don't share the same ideas. Move on.

If he's pressuring you to do something you don't want to do, he has no respect for you and you should end the relationship.

You will be better off without him you are not compatible. Find someone who shares your family values. There are plenty of decent men out there.
