What was the longest game in Dodger Stadium history? I can only find August 21 1963 (16 innings)...?
MLB and Sports enthusiasts may know the answer. The Los Angeles Dodgers played in Dodger Stadium from 1962-Current.

F, both live and on television. The Red Sox and Rangers went 18 innings in August 2001 in Arlington, and the dear wife and I stayed for the entire marathon game. Hey, extra innings are free baseball. (And it was a whisker away from going to the 19th, the winning run scoring with two outs, bases loaded, and the batter juuuuusssst beating the throw to first.) On the idiot box, Game 4 of the 2005 NL Division Series between Atlanta and Houston. Grand slams by LaRoche and Berkman. Ausmus tied the game in the bottom of the ninth -- well, maybe, that was the call anyway -- and he was the least-likely non-pitcher to go yard on the Astros roster. And then the game kept going... and going... Clemens entered the game as a pinch-hitter (!!!) and then took the mound. And, finally, in the bottom of the 18th, Chris Burke finally nailed it shut with a solo homer, and the Astros were off to the NLCS! I had cut part of the lawn, took a break to watch the game, figuring on three hours -- and six hours later, game finally over (with the happy ending), there was still enough daylight to finish the lawn, so I did. I've watched parts of longer games but these two I witnessed in their entirety.

F) 18 innings astros vs. braves in 2005. in reality though, i listened to the first 9 on the radio while doing some charity work and raced home in time to catch another three hours on the telly. there was way too much hanging on it to need coffee. i mean geez...roger clemens sittin lone ranger in the bullpen with no warm up in a playoff game? doesn't get bigger than that!
