My boyfriend have a baby that is by a married women( before we met) we are planning to get married so I want to know if she wanted to seek child support out of anger can she ? And if so well they combine his income and mine or just his income?

In Canada, when a married woman has a baby her husband is deemed to be the father. I guess the answer to your question depends on the country and state or province where you live.
It sounds to me as if your boyfriend is not interested in supporting HIS child. Regardless of what the law says, he is the biological father. Doesn't his attitude ring any alarm bells with you?
