Your boyfriend to be on the safe side, he should first get a blood test to prove if the child is his. He doesn't want to support a child that isn't his or does he?They can also in a mature way compromise that he has a part to raise and support their child if it is his. This agreement can be done outside of court which less stressful and costly. He has the right to co-parent with the other parent of the child. This protects the rights of the child to visit his father at assigned visiting periods. The court, if it come to that decides how much child support ,he has to pay a month according to his yearly income tax report earnings and yearly budget. It doesn't infect your income earnings at all , but his. Make sure he get the blood test done first or he's screwed with life time child support till the child is 18 yrs old.

Yes, the father of a child is still required to support his child regardless of his change in marital status.
Laws vary from state to state, but usually it is based only on the mother and father's income, and does not include new spouses of either. Yes, this currently works in your favor, but remember that this also means that if she were to marry a billionaire, your future husband's child support payments would not change.

In Canada, when a married woman has a baby her husband is deemed to be the father. I guess the answer to your question depends on the country and state or province where you live.
It sounds to me as if your boyfriend is not interested in supporting HIS child. Regardless of what the law says, he is the biological father. Doesn't his attitude ring any alarm bells with you?

Generally a child born into a marriage is considered a child of that marriage. However, you can never tell. If your bf is 100% sure it is his you might just want to assume that he may have to be responsible somewhere down the line. After all, morally the child is his responsibility. If you can't accept that you might want to look elsewhere for a new fiance.

yes. if she drags him to court and files for child support, she'll get it. make sure he gets a paternity test just in case. and depending on what state (if you even live in the US) you are in....depends on what income status is picked from. In CA, only the parents of the child income is used, regardless of new marital status.

Your answer to the 1st question, if he marries her ,definite he would be to blame for the baby, using fact to marry a foreigner and replace her criminal status he might desire to teach the immigration courts he's fiscally to blame for the two. keep in mind in many states their rules variety yet while i keep in mind properly in Florida, after six years of marriage you're financially to blame for the baby till he or she reaches adulthood or finishes college by potential of the age of 24. reason for it extremely is using fact the courts, in case you get divorced, intend to make confident the baby is provided for, do no longer enable your brother get caught on those styles of schemes, he ought to finally end up having to pay baby help interior the long-term. Now there is the difficulty of anchor toddlers, she can not stay only using fact her baby is a US citizen, a minimum of legally. I do sense compel to declare that the undesirable woman desires help, yet like all different posting pronounced, why is she making undesirable judgements? If she needs to make a sparkling kin and a destiny such as your brother, it extremely is positive yet continually be extensive eyes open, only in case.
