IQ has nothing to do with age. If your IQ is 141 now it was probably always was 141 and always will be 141 unless you have some sort of illness or accident that affects your mental capacity.

The average score in the United States is 100 with a standard deviation of 15. About two-thirds of Americans have a score between 85 and 115. You are a little above that average group. An IQ of 141 is in the top 1 or 2% of American IQ scores.


...But did you take an online test or a real test with a psychologist? Online tests cannot be trusted. To prove this to myself, the other day I took 6 different online IQ tests and got 6 different scores ranging from 96-154. Try some different tests and see how different your scores can be. If you're really interested in what your IQ really is, find a psychologist that is trained to administer IQ tests.

Your age doesn't affect your IQ since it's your mental age divided by your chronological age multiplied by 100. If you have a 141 IQ, you're a lot smarter than the average person. That should remain fairly consistent as you get older. An average IQ is 100.

An average IQ is 100. Yours is high but don't get excited. On line IQ scores are useless. The valid ones are from tests administered to an individual using a standardized instrument.

If you took an official IQ anything above 110 is good, and should stay relatively similar even as you grow older as it is a test of your learning capabilities, and not of your knowledge. This relatively means on an average you ar a fast learner or have the capabilities to learn what others will find hard. It has barely any relevence to your intellegence. Also it has no relevence if it is not an official IQ test. Mine is only 147 *17yrs old* This however is not the most recent test but was the official test I took.

If you are interested in gauged testing may i also suggest and EQ test (Emotional Quotient). Emotional quotient is relevent to a person's ability to understand their own emotions and those of others, and to act appropriately using these emotions.

That's a good score (and generally, they don't change with age at all), but I think you shouldn't be trusting that your IQ is that high if you took that test on the Internet.

wow thats freakin amazin the average iq dependin where u live in the U.S its 98 in Mexico its 89 and puerto rico 84 china is the one with the highest IQ and they have an iq of 102 so yeah ur smart

That's a great IQ. IQ's don't really change that much. There are tests for very young people & for adults. Your IQ should remain the same.

Your IQ does not change over time. You have it from birth. But that is a good score, its above average

Was this an official IQ test or one off the internet? If it's off the internet I wouldn't be too impressed, It's not really that accurate.
