okl in hot fuzz.........?

Question

if you have seen the movie you know what im talking about.
in hot fuzz they stick there tongue out blow and put 2 fingers up and they say something...
what do they say? and what does it mean?

Nope.. I was wrong.. it's Jog On.. (not as cool sounding as I thought.. )

I would guess it's similar to Take A Hike. .. I don't quite get the finger thing though..
