so what u do is u call one person
then usually u just say hi, im gonna 3 way with _____
then you click 'flash'
there should be a button called flash
then you dial the other person's phone number
and click flash again
if you don't click flash again, the first person will be put on hold or somethin

I assumed you meant light bulb. I am not sure how they are designed, but I use them in my living room and bedroom and love them! You can get them in different wattages, also. I have a stronger one in my living area and a softer 3 way in my bedroom for mood lighting. I think they may also have a pink 3 way which is also really nice for the bedroom. No girl looks bad in soft lighting. :)

depends.
not all phones have 3-way and it cost extra unless you use it on your cell phone.
as you are talking to a friend type the number click send and as soon as they pick up click back over.

to use three way you call the first person you click a button that sez "flash" and then you wont be able to hear the first person while your doing it but then you dial the second number and then you have to click flash when your done dialing other wise you wont be able to hear the first person.
