Ibuprofen at least 800 mgs I get monster migraines Sometimes lasting for days! What pain! . Advil, Tylenol and Alieve just don't work for me as well

Advil really works on my headaches and Alieve works with my wife's woman stuff. Usually we're needing them around the same time. What a coincidence.

To me this was easy choice because Tylenol doesn't work for me, and once I tried Advil, that I found to be most effective. :)
