Road Runner from Time Warner. Its fast. I used to have People PC Online. That was the worst internet ever. Its not worth the five dollars a month they charge for it.

AOL Broadband, it can be fast when it wants to be, unfortunately it does not want to as often as I want it to be.
Also I found that their anti spy-ware is more annoying than the spy-ware it is designed to block, it constantly pops up a warning for something that is not there, would not be so bad but it reboots your PC every so often and makes it near impossible to start up again, their staff are unhelpful (probably due to the fact none speak fluent English and appear to be somewhat untrained(I ended up fixing any problems i asked them about myself))
If you are looking for a new ISP...STAY AWAY FROM AOL... IT IS EVIL AND NEEDS TO DIEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My ISP is run by a bunch of selfish, cynical idiots.
They spend millions on buying hardware to throttle p2p applications, including the one that can break the eMule protocol obfuscation encryption.
But when it comes to quality of service, frequent disconnection and service down is a monthly affair.
By the way, its TMNet. the telecommunication company that should never exist.

Cogeco. Supposed to be fast, but because we live so far away from the main hub, we don't get the fastest speeds.
