My wife says she will leave me unless I lose weight and become buff. She gets hit on all the time and this body builder guy from her job always hangs at our house and all they do is rip on me and my man boobs.

If your wife can do that to you with another man-she has already 'emotionally' left you.She is using your size as an excuse.She has obviously forgotten where her loyalties lie.It's only a matter of time.
Put your foot down and do not allow this 3rd person into your home.Lay down the rules.Do not lose any more self esteem.Pick yourself up!
However, for the sake of your health and your marriage you should try and cut down and do some exercise.You will feel far more positive-with or without her...remain focussed!

Are you serious??? Sorry about this but your wife is a biatch.
You should be fit and healthy for yourself, no one else. And your wife should LOVE you (BTW- love is not conditional on ones weight...) not be so superficial. There is something going on between her and this guy. I beleive you deserve better honey. MAybe you should leave her and find someone who loves you for YOU.

Well if she puts you down then thats not good, you should want to lose weight for your own sake not hers...unless you still want to be with her then maybe its motivation for you to lose some pounds
