Depending on the injury and the length of time you had the cast on you may need a lot longer than that. If you are not already, get in touch with a sports medicine orthopedic clinic which I have found has more integrated physical therapy than an orthopod simply writing a perscription to another PT site.

You should have been going to physical therapy. Take it slow and gradually build the muscle and strength back up with simple exercises. You can find this online yourself.

sweetheart, it's gonna take longer than two weeks to get your arm back to full use. you should ask your doctor about exercises you can do to get your range of motion and strength back. or see if you need physical therapy.
