White babys boys are still over 80% circumcised! Even in California where the rate is 37% and the white birth rate is running around 30%! Most babies there are Mexican and they do not circumcise! A study was done in LA at a most white hospital where the found 89% of the boys were circumcised and at a mostly hispanic hospital had less than 5% circ rate!

You also need to ask about age. When I was born there was a strong trend to circumcise white middle class kids (1940's). Later there was much less of an impulse and then later it went back up with reports of lower cancer risk in both men and women tied to circumcision of the men in the relationship.
