This song is autobiographical. Many successful musicians are haunted by their own personal demons of drink and drugs, and Winehouse is no exception. In February 2007 her father gave a candid interview to the Sun newspaper in which he denied that his daughter was an alcoholic, although he admitted that like many single women of her age she sometimes overdid the drink. On one occasion, after splitting up with her boyfriend, she fell over and hit her head

Winehouse's previous management company wanted her to go into rehab but she said she didn't need to. Her father agreed, adding that she wasn't an alcoholic but had been drinking too much because she was lovesick, and "You can't go into rehab for that." Alcoholics drink everyday, he said, and his daughter didn't. Hence the line: "They tried to make me go to rehab, I said no, no, no."

pretty much she's saying how people think she drinks too much and how she doesn't think she has a problem. They think she's an alcoholic and believe she needs to go to rehab but she's saying "no. I'm not an alcoholic, I got problems like everybody else..."

she is talking about herself. the media only associate the song with other celebs. She admits she has a drinking problem, in some of her other songs.

she is talking about her self she claims she is addicted to acholol and last year her old manger told her she should go to rehab but she said no and she is not saying people shouldn't go to rehab she said she was a musician and she will always have an outlet(other than drugs) which is music

she was in british tabloids(before black to black dropped in us) and they always talked about her behavior in public and how she always seemed drunk or high
but amy has said she is trying to stop drinking and she also said she quit smoking weed

No. It's actually a song she sings on her personal struggles with alcohol.
