Okay I am guessing it's a horror or thriller movie.All I know is that it is about this boy in high school I think. He wakes up being dead and he is trying to figure out who killed him.BTW no one can hear or see him.I think that it came out with in the past three years.Hopes that help, and if you have a guess that is better then nothing. All of the other posters are right; it is The Invisible, but it isn't a horror or thriller, it's more of a drama. I saw it twice and I thought it was very good.

yup. the invisible. justin chatwin plays the main guy. it came out earlier this year. i liked it.
