Freddy, Jason, or Michael? Which ones the best?

Freddy, he gets creative, well they all do, but Freddy can control his entire universe allowing for more gruesome scenarios, Jason and Michael didn't make me afraid to go to bed at night

How about the hitchhiker in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre,Frank Zito from Maniac,Ezra Cobb from Deranged,Krug from Last House On The Left,Billy the unseen killer from the original Black Christmas or Judd fromTobe Hooper's Eaten Alive,those are my choices.They were more realistic,which is always more terrifying than something that gets shot twenty thousand times and still lives. Michael Myers started out as a strong and terrifying character,but lost that quality after so many lame sequels,the same with Jason,the first two Friday The 13th's were good,Jason was much more terrifying without the hockey mask and there were way to many sequels.Freddy was more of a comedian than anything. That is the problem with horror films that started coming out after the first Halloween in 78 and Friday The 13th in 1980,and which continues til this day, the killers became likable,which totally takes the shock value away from the characters. The whole problem is this,those characters(Michael Myers,Jason and Freddy) are the the most popular and focused on characters,which is another thing that ruins the shock value.

Wow. Tough one. My personal favorite is Freddy. Love the glove...and the wisecracks, however cheesy they may be. What about Leatherface from Chainsaw Massacre?

Freddy was not a comedian in the first Nightmare movie. The movie is darker and scarier in my opinion.

Michael Myers is the best. He is in the scariest movie of the three....the original "Halloween".

i'd say micheal myers was the best problem is all 3 suffered from too many sequels so after a while they all started sucking because of overkill
