He-Man was a better point guard than Optimus Prime? How is that even possible when he doesn't even have a team to lead. At least Prime has a group of autobots that follow his every command and order while He-Man looks more like a lonesome warrior. Optimus Prime is clearly a better floor leader than He-Man and will take him out Transformer style if they ever met.

The best team point guard and the best team guard ever in the history of the NBA was Magic Johnson in his prime, and I was never a fan of Magic but can appreciate a good basketball player.
The rookie Magic Johnson won a NBA championship and was named NBA Finals MVP as a rookie winning a NCAA title and a NBA title back to back like the great ones such as Bill Russell and Lew Alcindor (soon to be known as Kareem Abdul Jabbar) who also as NBA rookies won the NCAA title and the NBA title back to back.
As far as Jordan, it took him, what 7 years to win a NBA championship. If you want to call Jordan the best "individual" player ever to play in the NBA, what good does it do to take so many years of being the "best" but never win the NBA title.
As far as Shaq, it took him, what 7 or 8 years to win a NBA championship with a lot of help from the injury bug as defending NBA champion Tim Duncan blew out a knee big time in the 1999-2000 regular season game #80 which left the 1999 defending NBA champions without their NBA Finals MVP to allow the Lakers to have a much easier trip to the 2000 NBA Finals.
If anyone wants to argue over who was the best "individual" guard in NBA history between Jordan and Kobe, they may do so, but NBA basketball is a team sport and not an individual sport.
I guess that is why Tim Duncan over Shaq, Kobe, Garnett, Iverson, etc... is ranked #1 of the next greatest Top Ten NBA players in NBA history to make the Top 50 NBA players of all time on the next anniversary list which will probably be the 75th anniversary list which will come out in the year 2021. Dang, a long time to wait over something so subjective.
I prefer objective measurements like Bill Russell's 14 major championships in 14 years including 2 NCAA titles (the second NCAA title with the team's leading scorer suspended by the NCAA), a Gold Medal, and 11 NBA rings as a player including 8 straight NBA championships during the primes of so many Top 50 NBA players of all time such as Wilt Chamberlain (Russell 7-1 over Wilt in playoff series), Elgin Baylor (the original Dr. J; Russell 5-0 over Baylor in playoff series), Jerry West (Russell 5-0 over West in playoff series), Bob Pettit (a record 12 All NBA First teams in a 12 year career), Nate "the Great" Thurmond, Zelmo Beatty, etc...

Pure point guard would be Cousy or Stockton. Robertson was point AND shooting guard. Magic was point and forward.
What is wrong with you Resonating? Perhaps you need to talk to somebody!
