Holy cow, if they think there is an order, they are making it up..... everyone mostly goes with the mood. You can do it anyway you want, the end result is usually the same. Next time, just smile and say, 'then we don't need to do that again, right?'

There is not one set way of performing oral sex on a guy. You go with how the mood strikes. Also, if you are not a swallower, you would probably tend to use your hand at the end so you can stroke him to the finish line.
