Fenway is the oldest, finished in 1912. Wrigley Field is the last of the Federal league ballparks, constructed in 1914, the Cubs began playing games there in 1916.

i won't be able to talk of the Kingdome, different than to assert any indoor stadium that doesn't a minimum of have a retractable roof could be blown to bits. As for Comiskey - the area had exchange into tremendously unhappy. jointly as i'm a Cubs fan, i could in many cases bypass down there a pair of times a season, and the area grew to become into in tremendously unhappy shape. It made Wrigley look in simple terms approximately new via assessment. And related to the White Sox, they controlled to get the State of Illinois to grant them a clean place to play. i've got additionally been to Riverfront and 3 Rivers, and can inform you that, jointly as they particularly weren't very nearly as outdated, they have been terrible for baseball, as have been tremendously lots all of the multipurpose stadiums equipped in the early 1970's. integrate that with the actuality that followers are finding for issues different than basically a ballgame while they bypass to the ballpark (all of them look to have golf equipment, eating places, youngster's factors, and so forth. in them now) and maximum any park equipped without those is, regrettably, horribly outdated-shaped. it isn't any different than tearing down the different outdated construction. particular there is a few sentimental value to a number of them, however the considerable's that each thing synthetic has a constrained lifestyles span. (with the obtainable exception of Twinkies)

Still in use: Fenway Park, Boston.
No longer used for baseball but still standing: this place, where the Lions were undefeated. It was impressive in its time, but it really has turned into a run-down dump, and the seats are hard as rock. Pic: http://library.thinkquest.org/CR0210200/ancient_rome/colosseum2.jpg

I think Wrigley Field is a few years older than Fenway, but I'm not sure.
Edit: Nope, it's Fenway, built in 1912. Wrigley Field was built two years later.
