Your mac already comes with a DVD Burner. All you have to do is drag the ISO file into the DVD folder when it is in. Then Burn the image to disk. It will give you options in the dvd folder.

If you have a G5, the DVD burner will do just fine. Use disc utility, or software.
Personally I use Toast 8.0. It makes burning single and dual layer DVDs, DVD data discs, and all types of CD and CD ROMs a breeze.
