An evolutionary relationship between two species means there is evidence that each of the species came from a common ancestor at some point.

Five ways? Genetic similarities (ribosomal RNA, mitochondrial DNA, cellular DNA), fossil record, homology, embroyology, geographic distribution...I'll let you look up examples for yourself.
