Bliss is overated. At least for me. I would rather have reality and truth.

FINALLY a frigging question with originality! Bravo to you!
I'm going to say reality is something of an "unfortunate" commodity and that blissfulness is a heartbreaking absence while we're systematically saturated with all that appears real and important. I find my mind tending to a "world" I consider of the utmost importance, when in true reality, nothing but pure bliss is "real". All else is truly illusion.

Bliss is for teenagers and people who don't want to grow up... been there, done that, served prison time for it. It's mentally a lot more healthy to see the world for what it really is and to be prepared for the worse, and still enjoy what you can day to day.

Sounds like mixed emotions I know ... you'll just have to trust me on this.

Ignorance isn't bliss, it's just ignorance.
Nobody expects anything from anyone anymore, so why should we expect people to live in reality?
