Make it (x+1)^2 - 16y^2 = 15 + 1

The +1 comes from the (x+1)^2, x^2 + 2x + 1

Then divide by 16:

(x+1)^2 / 16 - y^2 = 1

So it's a hyperbola with center (-1,0)
