I feel the same way, I'd much rather he cheated with another man. I know rationally that a cheater is always going to cheat, regardless of how well they're getting along with their partner, but if he cheated with another woman I'd still feel like I'd done something wrong. It would be a greater knock to my confidence and self-esteem. Whereas, if he wanted to be with another man, then I'd have no chance of competing. I'd probably also be more sympathetic if I found out he was secretly gay but felt unable to tell me. It's not right to cheat, and I'd end the relationship either way, but I don't think I'd be as angry if he cheated with another man. We'd probably break up on better terms.

Nothing because I wouldn't compete with another woman over a man. If I have to compete for his attention and affection then he obviously doesn't care about me or worth me time.

I'm sorry ...but I am the type of woman who will not "compete" for a man, If he wants to be with me fine but If he doesn't and choose someone else it is ok too, but If he wants me to fight for him...I will not do it, the other woman can have him, sorry but that's just me.

There are alot of things in life worth competing for, but when it comes to a man, I want one who comes to me because he's drawn to me and interested in exploring my talents, opinions, experiences, and goals to see if we're compatible. Competition implies "game" to me and I don't like to play games with men.

I wouldn't lower myself to compete for a man. If you have to compete, the man isn't worth it.
I have better things to do!!!

I would NEVER compete for a man. If you compete for him once, you'll be competing for him the rest of the relationship.
