Where should I exchange my USD to Singapore Dollar?
Will I get a good exchange if I use my credit card?

For most transactions the Singapore airport is as good as any. Credit card is a definite no-no. You will not get a good rate and you will have to pay a transaction fee of 3%. Even ATM card is not good for the same reason, especially in small amounts.

USD is weakening once again. So it may be a good time. Depending on the amount, you should be able to get a better rate outside for a large amount.

It is harbouring at around S$1.51 to S$1.53. The USD is never stronger at least for the last 20 years or so - each time it gains one cent, it will ensure that it slips two cents later.

$1.00 USD is worth about 1.52 SGD.
