Any 3M marine gel-coat restorer. You must remove the oxidation and pitting by rubbing them out. Then use a polishing compound, a good wax followed by a good polish. If you keep gel-coat well waxed and polished stains cannot set in. Also make sure you wash them down with clear fresh water and boat soap. After rinsing, dry the surface with a clean terrycloth towel.

Once you get the finish restored, keep it clean and polished. It is a lot less work and the gel-coat will always look new.

A gret product for removing the hard water spots is "Starbrite rubbing compound" To avoid this problem in the future you should invest in a water softener to hook onto your hose for washing your PWCs. It will extend the exterior life of your PWC.

In a five gallon bucket, about 2 inches of "Windex" concentrate, 2 Inches of White Vinegar, about 2 gallons water. Wash with this solution and rinse thoroughly, wipe dry.

No need for detergent with this mix.

You can find gallon size windex at "club" stores or at home supply stores like "Home Depot" or "Lowes".
