I hate this kid..he always acts like hes the best at racing, videogames, airsoft, everything he even put me in a headlock and lays his hands on everyone! Im 15 but only 5 foot hes like 5 foot 6 and buff as heck and hes the same age but size dont matter but he says "Size is what makes you a man". Hes a compulsive (if thats how you spell it) liar. He says he mixes chemicals together and blows up cars at his brothers house and he has all these connections with celebs. He says that he is a blackbelt, streetfighter and kickboxer. He says his uncle has 20 lambos...now celebs dont even have that many...thats a giant lie. He always picks on other kids and someone has to teach him a lesson. Im not talking physically but if it comes to the point where me laying my hands on him to protect someone else then im gunna end up beating the crap out of that kid...He even beat up a 9 year old when he was 14 i asked him why he did it and he said its because he wanted to gain respect.

Sorry i didnt have enought room for the whole thing so im gunna continue...I said to leave his hands off the little kids and take someone his own age and size so he punched me in the chest and walked away. Nobody can touch this kid because his mom will call the cops and his dad will get really really mad at the kid that beat him up. This kid is like untouchable but i dont care his mom and dad dont like me already...im not a bad person or anything they just dont like thier son hanging around me cuz im goth but he still comes around and taunts me and stuff......what should i do??? please leave detailed answer and the 10 pts are yours!

Thanks everyone so far...for those who said tell higher authority i cant because ive told higher authority besides my parents and they didnt do anything and i cant let my parents know or they wont let me outside the yard any more.

Me and a few other kids were gunna beat the living crap out of him for all he has done to everyone...I cant take him alone because i hurt my knee bad in an accident and cant fight alone or he'll kick my knee so what do you think about that should we teach him a lesson? Also i dont have to worry about him getting anyone because he has like no friends and i have like everyone in the neighborhood on my side.. Tell me your opinion on that.

You are right in thinking that this kid has "problems" Sounds like he doesn't have any self-esteem or respect.
People only bully other people because they need to make themselves try to feel important, and because it is allowed to continue. You should be proud of yourself for having the mind to stand up and take notice. I know it's hard to take action because you're a kid yourself. The only thing I would suggest is to avoid him as much as possible, don't initiate or be led into confrontations or conversations with him, and if he is hurting someone let an adult that you trust know about it.

Sounds like a kid attempting to get attention, but in need of discussion time with the school counselor. Something is not right in dodge, and should be looked into.

he must have a rough home life & be abused emotionally, at least.
The reasons others act this way is actually due to a low self-esteem. He may seem cocky, but he is really feeling like crap inside.
That does not mean you have to accept his behavior. So, don't hang with him anymore. He sounds like trouble to me.

Get a few dandruff shampoo. Selsun Blue & Head and Shoulders are each fairly fashionable manufacturers, and I've heard they paintings fairly good. But, if you happen to like your dandruff, er, maintain it, I wager. Why do you snicker?

He may be getting abused at home, but that is more than you need to worry about. Have your parents get a restraining order on him.
