Well if you suspect she is, ask her.
Just say "hunny, i want to know if you're being faithful to me..ONLY because certain things you've been doing seem out of place"
If she says, yes im being faithful, then believe her..Because marriage is about trust, so trust her to be telling the truth..Even if she isn't.
If she lied to you, then you know what to do..Leave her.
But if you don't feel like asking her, just look for little clues, like her going out unexpectedly, or coming back really late.
But, listen..Don't get too caught up in it, because then you'll be on her every move, and every little thing she does that seems out of place, you''ll believe more that she's cheating on you, when she's probably not!

Simple, if you think she is, she probably is. I would call cheaters too, but an easy way is borrow a friends car that she won't recognize and snoop a little. If she is always where she says she will be then she's not. I've caught three boyfriends this way. Better to know than to wonder. my question to you is what gives you the impression that she is? now...with that question, i can offer some suggestions...
1) she is no longer interested in you
2) she goes out with "the girls" every friday night or on the weekends
3) she works late (and you call and she isn't there)
4) she takes calls late at night or she talks in another room
5) she really doesn't care what you do or whom you do it with.
