i've found that the best thing is just to talk to people. like say hi to people u normally wouldn't say hi to and stuff like that. even if its awkward, even if they piss you off, just do it. and talking about being pissed off, if ur ever pissed off, just remember this; its better to be pissed off then pissed on.

I've experienced depression in the past, and I'm totally convinced that I alone was responsible for my own depression. We let our feelings get out of control, withdraw from friends and family, and retreat into ourselves. Meanwhile, we allow the world to pass us by. Other people do not purposely go out of their way to make us miserable.

Hi! There was a college study performed on many men and women and Stress was the number one cause of a lot of medical conditions. We need to take time out daily to take care of our bodies. We owe it to ourselves. I logged onto a friend of mines website and ordered The Therapeautic bath soak. I othered other items but, it was that one that really allowed me to relax and destress. My doctor told me to exercise daily and it did help. I also take medication. Good Luck.
