Technically, you cannot consider any one person to be smarter than anybody else. Every person has their own niches and knows how to do their own things. There is nothing that says that say... Bill Gates is any smarter than Mike Tyson. They each have their own specific smart points, in which they could out-smart the other. And if you are saying that you are the smartest person in the world, you are very smart at knowing when to be arrogant.

I don't think there's a known method of measuring and ranking the entirety of the brain's capabilities......
besides...it's the cultivation process that matters....
I have no idea about the smartest person....but i'm pretty sure that no one could outsmart GOD!!!!
