Well I believe in divorce if the husband commits adultery and that is what I did, got a divorce. I am now married to a man with whom I made a commitment, my word is my most valuable asset, so the answer is no, I would not leave him for anyone else.

There is no such thing as "someone better" than my man.

You only believe in divorce if the Wife commits adultery?

I believe in divorce if the Husband commits adultery.

See, we almost have something in common.

A spouse is a life partner, once you make that commitment, there isn't any other person to come along. Sure, you hear or may know of someone that cheats, that chooses not to value the sanctity of marriage and honor their vows, but there are just as many couples out there that are successful, in love and living their lives together, even if they may glance from being human - their hearts are true and they don't touch. ;)

I agree with you. The only reasons someone should leave their spouse is if they are in an abusive relationship, or they commit adultery.

If I was married, it would be 'till death do us part. I would put in whatever work it would take to make the relationship work. No guy, no matter how much of a temptation he would be, would make me want to turn my back on my marriage.

The only exception to the rule, of course, would be if my husband was abusive. That I will not stand for. I would leave without hesitation if that was the case.

"i only believe in divorce if the wife commits adultry"
wth? what if the husband commits adultry? it is no less wrong.

anyway, to your question. i would probably only do it if i was in an abusive relationship, and the "someone better" was there for me when my spouse couldnt be.

I would not... commitment and all that..

but thats why I am not married anymore... his choice to cheat and it was the HUSBAND that cheated.. bye bye .. divorce time.. (only if the wife cheats? get real!)

No, it's not about whose better, more handsome, who has more money, or who does what wrong or right. Just because someone is "better" doesn't mean you'll have chemistry with them. If I truly love someone, it's me and that person, only.

The only way I would ever leave my wife is if she were to cheat on me.
