I mean I know we have suffered years of torment and abuse from homophobes....but would you be a heterophobic? I'd like to think I wouldn't change at all, but then I guess we'll never know. How do you think you'd react?

I would be freaked out all of a sudden because it would be a drastic change for me. It might take sometime to get used to it though. But one thing is for sure life would be a whole heck easier. I doubt I would be heterophobic, mainly because I am not heterophobic now.

Honestly, I'm 58. I don't think that my world would change very much...you know it's sort of like being retired and owning your own home(as will happen to most of you) you all of a sudden start thinking...what do I need a credit rating for?....I don't need the approval of the straight community...my own world is my creation of my friends and environment...If other people can't handle that then they have a problem.. I certainly have no problem being gay.

My vote for best answer has gotta be Jake...LOL--wider streets....

I personally think things like that would help the world, but we all know it won't happen. I wouldn't have a problem with it at all, i think everyone should start respecting each others opinions and choices that they make and not judge people on how they look, act, their sexuality or anything else.

I would think thats cool. I would, however, be one of the minority, but hey, they deserve a turn to be the majority. Besides, why do people really make such a big freakin fuss over someone elses preferences in life???? Its not hurting anyone else if someone is gay! Live and let live!

I wouldn't care. My parents taught me not to hate or to judge. And I just believe in that even more since I've spent years being of the receiving end of that hate and intolerance.
So, I wouldn't treat them any different then I treat them now.

Sorry, but it would never happen. I feel that there is enough hate between the different sexual orientations to go around. There is homophobia, biphobia and heterophobia, and frankly it sucks! Get over it, and be who you are!

I think I'll be relieved I wouldn't need to feel threatened when I'm walking up and down the alley feces-faced drunk.

The same way I feel now. I'd respect every ones choices and expect the same in return.
