Does not have any effect on them whatsoever.
If you want to repel them, buy some pepper spray for the purpose. If you want to attract them fry your daily catch right there at the lake at sundown.

If the bears are attracted by cigarette smoke, you won't have to worry about dying of cancer! Marijuana smoke might draw bears, but they're better than the police, eh?

I dont know but
a) weed-induced paranoia will make you worry about the bears much more
b) running away is much harder when you're stoned!
