Depress the clutch and give the car a shot of gas with the gas pedal. Shift into the correct gear for the speed you are going and release clutch slowly. You shold be able to recover.

If the way ahead is clear, give it more gas.

However, if the car is moving so slowly that the engine will lug (i.e. it's turning too slowly), push the clutch back in until it begins to slip and give it more gas to keep the engine from stalling.

Generally, that would happen if you did one or both of the following: Not enough feathering of the clutch on takeoff and/or not enough gas when you did feather the clutch.

the only reason you stall is
1. if its in the wrong gear
2. to little gas
3. let go of the clutch to soon

so i would probably push the clutch back in and check if its in the right gear then give it more gas

Give it the clutch, downshift to a lower gear and then ease out on the clutch.

Neither, because you are in too high a gear if you are stalling. Downshift, and give a bit more gas.
